eMLi generates a meeting schedule along with regarding details e.g. time & date, meeting purpose, invitees, etc. very easily and shares whole schedule with different departments login or using SMS & emails.

With a systematic planning of upcoming meetings by administration, employees can have a better vision of their tasks and can sufficiently manage their activities taking meeting schedules into account.

Meeting committee can prepare separate reports with the conclusions of the meeting and can upload soft copy of the documents to store them digitally for a long period of time. This activity can be performed by employees in their personal profile as well for their best knowledge of the meeting conclusions.
